My name is Michael Johnson. I am an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. I served in children’s and youth ministry for 10 years (1997-2007) and have been a lead pastor for 16+ years (2007-present).
As a pastor myself, I have noticed over the years a lack of interconnectedness, support, encouragement and specific resources for the inspiration and edification of pastors. That is where this ministry has come from: a desire to provide needed encouragement to other pastors as one who is “in the trenches” with you.
It is my desire to help others know all that is available to them in Christ Jesus and especially to offer help, hope, and encouragement to pastors.
